LiuGong Australia Celebrate 100 Machine Sales!

After starting business in the country 3 years ago, LiuGong Machinery Australia celebrated the sale of their 100th machine at the end of September. Managing Director; Denis Robson (above), Was delighted to be delivering the news to all of LiuGongs associates which includes LiuGong staff, Semco equipment sales staff (LiuGongs NSW dealer), Wests Tigers Staff & Team & representatives from Industry magazines. The event was Hosted by the Wests Tigers at their Headquarters in Concord, Sydney.
Pat Saunders of Terris Pty LTD Was delighted to be the VIP guest at the event ‘you don’t expect all of this when you buy a machine!’ said Pat, who was presented with a Personalised Wests Tigers Jersey by Benji Marshal, international Rugby League star and then with a model of his LiuGong Loader 856II by current Wests Tigers captain and former NSW State of Origin representative Brett Hodgson (both pictured above). Pat runs a plant hire business which operates throughout New South Wales, Queensland and Northern Territory. His new LiuGong machine is now out on site in Brisbane backfilling at a desalination plant. I asked Pat how the machine was going to which he just replied ‘Very well!’ with a big smile.
Robson also took the liberty of awarding his NSW Dealership Director; Satch Santilli with a gift for all of his efforts for LiuGong over the years (pictured below). The Gift, presented by Tim Sheens (coach for the Wests Tigers team) was accepted with great pleasure by Satch.

The sale of the 100th machine has correlated well with Rugby leagues centenary celebrations next year and the 50th anniversary of LiuGong as a global company next year as well, ‘Perfect timing’ added Robson.
As a thank you to LiuGong for all of their sponsorship support, Brett Hodgson presented Robson with a LiuGong jersey, ‘it’s fantastic that we can join together to gain the best results from one another, thank you for supporting us, I look forward to our continued work together throughout the next two years’ said Hodgson (pictured top). LiuGong and the Wests Tigers enter their second year of sponsorship next year; sponsorship is set to continue until the end of 2009.
Robson, delighted with reaching the milestone last month, was the first to celebrate the company’s success!
